Get a reminder every hour during office hours. Release tension while sitting at your desk, or if you are in a meeting or standing at the copy machine. During lunch hour the reminder is skipped, of course!

For pro DeskWorkout users there is a exercise log with all the exercises you have done. You also get a progress graph for the month.
