1. Updated the Navigation so all options can be easily accessed, and added Sync Status to the more options
2. Now you can View/Edit Incident Details, Save a Draft of an incident, View, Search, and Filter the Incident List, and quickly update the incidents from the list.
3. Create Incidents by first capturing a photo and then adding the incident details
4. You can now access Event Attachments from the Home Dashboard and Communicator menu.
