Minor compatibility fixes for iOS 13.

Added the following new features:
- Filter for "My Approval Needed" in the Purchase Order Queue, allowing you to quickly see POs that need your approval.

Fixed the following:
- Crash reports from previous version.
- Improved support for iPhone XS Max

1. Fixed an issue which was causing application to crash when the app state was resumed from background and a user added a new work order then immediately refreshed the queue.

Adding the following:
1. Ability to Add and Edit comments on a vendor.
2. Ability to filter the pending work orders to only see orders requiring your approval.

Fixed the following:
1. Duplicate entries being recorded in the history of a work order.
2. Labor hours of users were not being automatically populated.
3. Labor cost was not automatically updating if the rate was changed to 0.
4. Associated sections of a work order were not saving if edited within 2 seconds after initially adding the work order.
5. File attachments not being saved when added within 2 seconds after initially adding the work order.
6. Labor hour field was getting cleared when the contact was removed from the field.
7. App crashes when quickly deleting several work orders.
8. History of a work order was showing the "Assigned To" was updated when a work order was updated even though the "Assigned To" may not have been changed.
9. History of a work order was incorrectly showing the first comment in the history when a new comment was added.
10. History of a work order was not recording when a task was updated.

1. Added the ability to edit the Preventative Maintenance section, with the exception of the ‘Due date' field.
2. Added the linked Locations to Sections feature in the Preventative Maintenance section.
3. Minor bug fixes and other fixes related to the iPhone X UI.

Please make sure there are no unsynced items before updating your application.

Fixed the following issues:

3. Improvements made to the downloading speed when using the "Refresh Data" option.

1. Added auto-sync for Preventative Maintenance and Purchase Orders allowing records to automatically update when they are changed from another device or the web.
2. Improved the download speed when initially downloading PM data for the first time.
3. Fixed an issue that was preventing video from being played on iOS 11.3.
4. Fixed an issue causing the details page of a PO and PM to open slowly.
5. Fixed an issue that was causing the Labor Rate to be displayed for those without the permission.

1. Implemented Linked Location-Section functionality in Work Order module.
2. Added the ability to view Preventative Maintenance and update the status and notes of a PM.

Note: Before updating, please make sure there is no data in the "Pending Items" screen that has not yet been synced with the server.
