A lot of customization is available to suit those with more advanced needs. If there are features you'd like but do not see, please don't hesitate to contact us.

In this update, we've fixed a bug that sometimes causes the app to crash when the user tries to label a set as failed.

- Fixed a bug that prevented users from entering the number of reps performed on a failed set.
- For accessory and volume exercises, allowed users to increment weight using microplates (1.25 lb or 0.5 kg plates).

We've gotten some helpful feedback and hope that this version addresses some of the suggestions the community has given us:

1) Added more information for the as many reps as possible (AMRAP) sets. This includes the previous cycle's reps/weights if performed, and the number reps needed to progress for the 1+ set.
2) Added option to prevent screen from locking while the app is active (can be found in settings).
3) Added option to view the past couple cycles for the progress graphs.

Hey everyone! Thank's for using this app and providing such useful feedback.

For this version, and due to some demand, we are excited to announce that we will try to pilot the gradual release of commentary/videos that relate to lifting.

We have also tried to address some bug fixes that you guys have brought up including:

1) Addressed an issue with being unable to change timer duration
2) Allow for tracking current training maxes in "Settings" tab
3) Fix a bug that caused the app to crash when looking at historical lifts
4) Minor bug fix for sending email to us
5) Addressed issue with training max progress graph
