8Astronaut

GAME PLAY:
8Astronaut is a simple platformer game. Cosmo Sagan is exploring the universe beyond Earth. Move Cosmo using the left hand joystick and make him jump by tapping/touching ground. But on each planet he encounters sky meteors and ground spikies that are quite risky to Humans. On the bright side, there are treasures of jewels and swirls that are great for health and makes the whole epxerience rewarding.

RISKS:
Meteors fall unepextedly from the sky and spikes appear quickly from the ground that Cosmo must be constantly on alert and keep moving collecting as many rewards for each Level Target to move higher to the next planet/level, always paying attention to his health Hearts.

REWARDS:
Jewels appear randomly upon exploration on levels 1-3, green boosters on levels 4-6 and red super boosters on levels 7-9. The Boosters increase Cosmo's jump height and distance.

OBJECTIVE:
On each level, collect all the rewards to achieve the shown level target, avoiding the falling meteors and rising spikes which zap health.

SCORING:
Each level has assigned Health/Risk Hearts and Target/Reward Jewels and Boosters. Each reward is +1 score point, each risk is -1 Heart.

LEVELS:
Each level has a displayed number of Hears and Target rewards, increasing in difficulty the higher the level. Spikies size increase by level:Levels 1-3 small spikies, Levels 4-6 medium and Levels 7-9 large (needs boosters to jump over them!).

BUTTONS:
Reset loads the same level, Sound On/Off switches game sounds on or off (for more peaceful gameplay:), and Signature Settings ('Game Launch Level', 'App Info & Credits' and '8Apps & 8Games').

LABELS:
Level shows the current level of the game, Target shows what needs to be achieved for the level, Score shows running total of rewards achieved and Hearts shows how many hearts/lives remain for that level.
