Checklist Item comments were not visible or editable on some checklist items that were carried over via EMSE scripts from failed checklists items on previous inspections, this has been resolved

Issues resolved in this release include:
• Incorrectly displayed statuses for checklist items - When scrolling the list or filtering the list now displays the correct available statuses for each element
• When updating multiple checklist items the set status action remained disabled when an incompatible checklist item has been selected, this has been resolved
• When pictures are uploaded to inspections and checklists, the timestamp text size was not consistent across different image resolutions, this has been resolved

- Reports were not running for SSRS due to incorrect parameters being passed from the app

This version of Accela Mobile is focused on improving user’s ability to edit photo attachments as well as various usability improvements.

This release includes the following enhancements:
• Photos added in batches by selecting from the camera roll can be marked up and file name can be edited.
• Time accounting entries can be modified or deleted.
• Document upload settings are retained after app updates.

This release includes the following enhancements:
• Records can be created on assets by selecting assets through the lookup form or selecting assets from the map.
• Licensed Professional is shown in Inspection details (requires Civic Platform 21.1.4+).
• Workflow shows which user completed a workflow step.
• Address, Parcel, and Owner reference conditions are displayed in Inspection and Record details.
• Custom base maps configured in agency admin may be used in the app in place of the default base map.

Issues resolved in this release include:
• Not all checklist items would be selected when using multi select.
• Owner details not displaying properly for records created by selecting a parcel.
• Only the first 30 results were displayed when searching for records in related records.
• Calendar incorrectly displayed “Date Property Posted” label.
• Street direction was not included in addresses when creating records by selecting an address from the map.
• Comments not loading correctly on related inspections.

This release includes one known issue that will be resolved in a future release:
• If a user attempts to cancel an inspection that has a status that is not eligible for cancelation, the operation will fail, but the app will not display the error message to the user.

Known issue in this release:
•If there is a document added to a record while offline, and that document addition is still in the upload queue at the time the user updates the app, the update will be lost. This only affects documents and not other record updates. To avoid this, users should make sure their upload queue is synced before updating to 19.1.3.

What’s new in 19.1.0?
The focus of Version 19.1.0 is to create the foundation for offline functionality by caching record and inspection details on the device as well as to optimize checklists to ensure that checklists and checklist custom forms and tables are functioning properly in the app.

This update of Accela Mobile will perform best if the app cache is cleared prior to installing.
• To clear cache, please delete the app and then reinstall from the App Store.
