About Active Oversight
HOW IT WORKS:
- Mobile Dashboard: Stay up to date with your Mobile Dashboard to see an overview of all task statuses, active projects, and locations for each task.
- Mobile Notifications: View notifications and stay up to date on the status of your tasks and projects
- Tasks: Filter and view your tasks based on status – not started, in progress, in review, and completed.
- Completion Steps: Upload required photos and documents, checkoff required steps, and approve or reject your assigned completion steps.
- Projects: View detailed information regarding your project such as, location, assigned project manager, current weather, and project status.
- Maps: Use our map feature to view project locations and easily navigate to your job site.
- Directory: Access to a complete list of all employees within your company and contractors assigned to each project you are on.
Note: You must log in to the Active Oversight app by using your valid credentials. For assistance, contact activeoversight@finalze.zendesk.com.

Notifications: New users were not always receiving push notifications, we fixed that! Now you'll receive all actionable notifications that are most important to you.
Kickout: Mobile users were having to log in almost every time they accessed the app. We addressed this issue making the number of times you have to log in a lot more manageable.

- Company Selection: We made switching companies easier than ever. Now you can switch companies right from the dashboard. Just click the arrow and choose the Company you want to access.
- Multiple photos on Inspection: Sometimes you need to document more than one photo when completing an Inspection. Now you can!
- Profile Page: Consistency is key, so that's why we updated our mobile profile page to be more consistent between all users.
- Comments: When selecting the comment icon through the mobile app, it's much easier to see previously entered comments.
- Completion Step Icons: We updated some of our icons on Completion Steps, making sure that they are consistent throughout the app.
- Rejected Tasks: We understand that resolving tasks that have been rejected is super important to our users. That's why we now float those to the top of your Tasks list.
- Deleting all notifications is now faster: Have you ever tried deleting all of your notifications and it felt like it took a long time? Well, we made that faster so you don't have to wait!
- Project Names: When a Project had a long name, it was pushing the arrow off the page. Wasn't breaking anything, just looked strange. Anyway, fixed!

Bug Fixes: We fixed several issues around app resume. Now, if your app is "sleeping" in the background, when you access it again, you will no longer encounter issues like your bottom navigation bar disappearing or an infinite loading spinner.
