About Activity Log App Free with Calories
App for logging activities, calculating and predicting calories. To make things easy for you the app shows images of types of activities on the main screen.
You can:
- View the list of your activities by day or type.
- View the number of calories yesterday and the average hours of sleep.
- View a line chart with calories and hours of your activities.
- Edit and add types of activities and choose a picture for showing them on the main screen.
- View the the number of calories that you are going to burn today and activities to do if you want to burn more calories. (More on this below).
We focused on making an App powerful but easy to use. We were looking for an App for logging activities with Calories in the App Store easy to use and we didn't find it so we decided to create one and we think we have achieved that objective with this App.
Great for sport, for people that do exercise as part of a diet and for losing weight.

The app predicts the number of calories that you are going to burn today and suggests you activities if you want to burn more calories.
How does that work ? Let's say you arrive from work at 7 PM and you expect to go to bed at 10 PM, so you open the app and enter on it 2 hours of sleep before midnight. So the app tells you that your calories today will be 2500, for example, if you don't do more exercise. Then you tell the app that you want to burn 3000 calories today and then the app suggests you "walk during 1 hour".
To do this you go to "Menu" -> "Info".

This App is free because it is supported with ads and it has the limit of creating up to 6 types of activity and one day activities, if you want to have no limits, we would encourage you to buy "Activity Log App with Calories" which is here: http://AppStore.com/ActivityLogAppwithCalories
