Minor bug fixes and Improvements

- This release presents a new design of 'My transaction' list.
- A small fix to the Per Diem calculation in Finland and as well as the layout for Finnish users
- An improved handling of photos.
- A few UI improvements.
- Improvement of Pool car solution

New functionality and Improvements
• Dimension split default: Now always “even-split”. Split distribution can be adjusted after split dimension selections.
• New look and feel of all selection-lists in app. 2 types available: Single-value selection-lists and multi-value selection-lists. Favorite selections are still available in-line in both list types.
• Time registration hour options: Now Interval of 15 minutes.
• Improved feedback to user if transaction could not be submitted.

Bug fixes
• Weekly time report approvals cannot be opened from dashboard on iPad
• Mileage map search issue: Typed address is returned, but when selected the gps-point is not found on map. iOS issue.
• Configuration error: Mandatory comments label is left empty. This leaves no label in app to identify comment field. Should default to “Comments”. iOS
• Native widget issue. Does not update. Displays “No data”. iOS

Minor feature - and UI improvements:

Time transaction with date interval: Better user-interface regarding entering future dates.

Time transactions, minute registrations now in minutes, not in decimal. Conversion to decimal will be done automatically by system.

Approval default sorting: Special attention items will be first in approval lists, all other transactions; oldest first.

Splash screen on wake up, if period app was “a sleep” is less than a minute, it is not shown.

Advances are now displayed in Unprocessed list, as it is displayed in History list. Translations are offered for all available languages for both Cash Advance and Return Advance.

Secretary without Time, working on behalf of user with Time, can now add Time to Dock and Dashboard.

Main Dashboard, Time widget is now clickable and directs you to the Time dashboard history list.

Expense Report, improved handling of upfront validation, when enclosures are not filled in correctly.

Secretary, working on behalf of others, in a more EMS solution where user is in same EMS as the secretary, does not load dimensions, and transactions cannot be submitted. Now fixed.

New Functionality:

- Support of transaction type: Unit. (Requirement: EMS Release 7.10)
- Enable edit of Exchange Rate on Cash Expenses - If configured. (Requirement: EMS Release 7.10)

Improvements:

- Approval of Mileage. Transaction now includes indication, if a change has been made to GPS recorded driven distance.
- Expense Report: Transaction types that are not allowed to be submitted without being attached to an Expense Report can now only be created and saved through the app.
- Mileage: Mandatory requirement for registration number – Now only a requirement for Danish and Norwegian country rules.
- Unsettled Widget improvements – better handling of negative amount in widgets.
- Receipt list features: “Change authorizer” is not valid in this context and has been removed.

Bug fixes:

- Company Policy issue in calculations with foreign currency.
- Adding receipts through Mail-In feature does not add default dimensions to the receipt. (Released in API 2.0.0 (2))
- Allowance, with setting “Transfer on Request”. Does not store addition/deductions correctly.
- The History List does not always show all transactions. Occurs only when lot of items are loaded in list and a dashboard refresh is made.
- Unsettled widget, released in 2.0, is not available for all customers (Shows as Disabled in Dashboard settings).
- Unsettled widget - The user can in some configurations experience that the app closes unexpectedly.
- Report for “Current Month” in some instances includes transactions for next month.
- Native sharing does not honor Dimension/Account relation properly (Account driven dimension configuration)

Minor adjustments

New Functionality:

Acubiz Professionals.: A new solution that offers 5 free transactions per month with option to sign up through Store for unlimited usage.

New Widget: Unsettled by currency. Available to add from Dashboard setting

Change approver (if configured) - Now available for users

Forward to another approver (if configured) - Now available for approvers

Attachment requirement, based on Expense Account is now honored in app. This means, that expenses that do not require receipts can be submitted for approval without attachment.

If user is configured to have save-option: Now! No required fields on Save - Requirement only on Submit

Image is saved upside down when taking a picture from iPads. Now fixed

Map Mileage issue with Google API integration when searching for an address. In some cases, the app shuts down. This has now been corrected.
