You can now enter physical inventory counts in the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app. This enhancement increases efficiency by allowing users to access workfiles using a mobile device to enter counts while in the process of counting rather than recording counts manually to be entered at a later time.
Count entry functionality in the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app is currently in Beta. It is recommended that you use this new functionality in your test environment only. At this time, you can enter counts only for non-dimensional items or items added to a workfile by dimension.
A new count entry function has been added to enter counts for workfiles with or without physical inventory tags. When you enter a count for an item in a workfile, the item is flagged as having been counted and the count and tag status are updated accordingly. If an item is flagged as having been counted in the app for a workfile without a physical inventory tag and you select the item again, you have the option to either edit the current count or enter a new count. For workfiles with physical inventory tags, if an item is flagged as having been counted in the app and you select the item again, the additional count is saved as an edited count.
In addition, you have the option to display the extended description and/or the freeze quantity for workfile items when using the new count entry function in the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app. To display these values, set the new 'Display extended description in count entry' and 'Display freeze quantity in count entry' fields on the Mobile Warehouse Tools tab of the Mobile App Parameters screen.
