With this update, all photos are now both better quality and quicker to load throughout the app. We've also improved the way median prices are calculated for each suburb, helping you estimate property prices more accurately.

Everybody loves relaxing at home and spending a little time online, even Dracula! Despite the fact that when he shops online, he keeps clicking on the button that says “Your account” even he knows that when looking online for his next castle that connection strength is an all important factor! That's why in this exciting version update version we have reinstated the nbn connectivity information on Allhomes listings. Just keep your eyes peeled for properties connected to the nbn access network when you are browsing.

We've been working hard to give people more insights about the value of a property they're considering. When searching on the map you can now see properties that have recenlty sold, which helps you value nearby properties for sale.
Our brand new suburb profiles and past sales section (which can be found in the More screen) gives you access to millions of past sales records and market insights.
The Insights screen (look for the "Insights" button on the map search) gives you an overview of the market at a suburb or district level: showing you median sales price for houses and units as well as their trend over the last 12 months.

Hi there. It's me, your internet connected toaster. Did you know that the Allhomes app now includes nbn® connectivity information on listings?
I know you're looking for a new place right now and as you may know, I rely on a strong and reliable internet connection to function properly and provide you with perfectly toasted bread every morning. Unfortunately, the slow internet speeds here have been impacting my ability to perform at my best and I've noticed a significant decrease in the quality of my toast.
Don't feel bad, it's not your fault. Just keep your eyes peeled for properties connected to the nbn® access network when your browsing Allhomes. The wifi robot vacuum and I will be grateful!

Because it was new and had less wear;
Though as for those past living there

And compared suburbs on every dimension.
Oh, how crystal clear the scene!
Its neighbourhood so serene,
Our resolve to bid was strengthened.
We shan't be telling this with a sigh

We made a few usabliity tweaks thanks to some feedback from our users. In particular, it's now easier to browse photos without having to stretch your thumb all the way to the top of your phone to close the gallery. Simply swipe down in the photo gallery when you're done and you'll be taken back to the listing. Simple!

So go on and create an account, add properties you love to your Watchlist, track the inspections you want to attend in the planner, and leave your reading glasses at home.
