In our first release of the year, we've made your shopping experience even more effortless. Say goodbye to extra steps and hello to a smoother journey with our updated size selector!

Previously, users had to navigate the size selector dropdown to check size availability and add their favorite items to the cart. We heard you loud and clear – this extra step was causing some friction in your shopping experience.

Now, the size selector is more exposed, right on the Product Detail Page (PDP). You'll easily see what sizes are in stock without clicking into a dropdown. No more guesswork – just quick and seamless shopping!

Holiday shopping just got smarter! Now, when you visit an Alo retail store,
use the app to scan barcode tags on items. You'll instantly unlock a world of
information, including:

• Additional Colors & Sizes – Find that perfect shade or fit you've been
looking for.
• Product Reviews – See what other Alo fam members are saying about
the item.
• Add to Wishlist – Save your favorites for later.
• Style Inspiration and Similar Items – Get inspired and discover similar
items that match your style.

And here's the best part: If your desired size or color isn't available in-store,
you can conveniently order it online and have it shipped right to your
doorstep.


Message Center


We're all about keeping you in the loop. In response to your valuable
feedback, we've introduced the Message Center. Now, within the Account
section of the app, you can easily review any unread notifications. Stay up to
date on new color drops, discounts, Wishlist updates, and more – even if you
can't shop right away. Never miss out on the latest Alo news!

What is good Alo fam?

You can now redeem the loyalty points you earned on the app (US only for now)! To redeem your points,
- Make sure you’re logged in
- Add an item to your bag
- View the bag to see reward items and your available points

Also, if you’re on a version of the app that is older than 2.22.0, you’ll see a message telling you to update. We’re making a backend improvement that requires upgrading older versions.

What’s up Alo fam?

We’ve heard your feedback on logging into the app, so we made improvements:
- Now you can login with Face ID
- We also fixed some bugs causing unintentional logouts

It’s now easier to find limited colors because we grouped them on the product page by core and limited.
