2019台灣燈會在屏東APP，讓民眾蒞臨大鵬灣燈區、東港小鎮燈區、屏東燈區三大燈區，掌握即時相關資訊，盡情遨遊屏東燈會。

APP功能主題分為
【最新消息、璀璨燈會、旅遊資訊及表演節目】:
提供燈會即時資訊、燈區介紹及旅遊景點資訊，讓民眾掌握資訊，便於行程規劃或了解燈會相關內容。
【交通資訊】:
讓不管搭乘公共運輸或自行開車的民眾，可使用交通資訊了解燈會有關接駁、管制、停車場等資訊。開車的民眾可使用「停車場動態資訊」，此功能可即時顯示尚有車位數輛，停好車後可選擇「停車找著-我要定位」，儲存停車位置，再透過接駁車就可到達園區。
【燈區導航】:
如何在燈區不迷路又能暢遊燈區? 不管室內室外都可使用大鵬灣燈區定位導航，除了常用的洗手間、服務台等選項外，可選擇已收藏的景點即可立即導航前往，想逛的燈區不再錯過，再大的燈區也不怕迷路囉！
