BASKET LIFE 50+人才資料庫希望提供一個簡易的平台協助50+新中年人士或退休人士配對合適的有薪/義務工作，同時促進50+新中年人士(Skill provider)及服務要求者(Requestor)間的配對，有效地管理資料庫內50+新中年人士提供的技能及要求。

(1) 工作/服務配對:

個人方面：退休人士可透過程式建立自己的個人履歷(Profile)，經服務的數據庫選擇符合個人興趣及能力的有薪，義務工作及服務;

機構方面：機構的負責人可透過這平台去提供不同類型的工作/服務機會，亦方便他們透過應用程式的篩選功能，尋找合資格/具有相關興趣的退休人士參與。

(2) 健康在我手:

為退休人士提供實在的健康資訊，如政府，醫療，飲食及運動等資訊。
