About BrainSpan U of Alberta
BrainSpan can provide you with games to test your knowledge and give you feedback on your learning. Games can be played on mobile devices or on your computer.
BrainSpan games have been used by the number one ranking medical school in Canada for the past 5 years. They have also been used for nursing and basic science courses. Each of the games available for play has 300-1400 multiple choice questions. At present, games for the preclinical medical courses and medical microbiology for nursing courses are available.
Students enjoy using the games for studying, and have found that it allows them to practice online examination techniques.
By downloading this app you will be given access to a choice of games that you can add to your games list. Waiting for the bus? Have a spare? Log on and test your ability.
