About CONNECT Pick & Pack
CONNECT Pick & Pack makes it easy for retail store associates to complete the order fulfillment process more efficiently, while offering customers a superior online ordering experience. As part of your Rakuten Ready CONNECT deployment, CONNECT Pick & Pack offers store associates this mobile application to complete their order fulfillment related tasks, including determining which items to pick as part of an order to delivering the right order to the right customer. Your workflow is streamlined based on current open orders, item location, as well as real life data.
Use CONNECT Pick & Pack to:
• Optimize the pick and pack activities related to order fulfillment, including customer order prioritization based on their ETA, zone order picking, and batch order picking
• Receive alerts when customers are approaching the store
• Support in-person pickup or curbside pickup
• Complete the order payment including checkout with your existing Point-of-Sale system
• Capture barcodes and receipts as part of your order
• Update in-store inventory when item is not available or low stock
• Works with Rakuten Ready CONNECT to notify customers an order is ready for pickup
