It’s the age old struggle between Good vs Bad, Blue vs Red, Little men vs Little men. Use your own little Cubemen to defend your base from other little Cubemen that are trying to run it over. It’s the usual story, but with many very interesting twists.

Play a purely Defense game in various modes on a sweet selection of levels, or go into Skirmish mode and play a new type of TD game against either the computer or another human opponent.

That’s right.. Two way REAL-TIME TD against the computer or a real person!

There are no static towers, just little men! Spawn your little Cubemen with orders to get to a certain location to attack or defend. You can move your Cubemen around the board at any time or click on an enemy to target them.

We are pleased to announce the release of Cubemen 1.2 - now with a level editor to allow you to create, share and play levels with other Cubemen players.

New Mayhem Mode
■ 2 – 6 player Online (or mixed with AI) gameplay on a new set of 6 maps (more maps to be released in future updates)
■ Individual or team based games
■ Host decides team selection and wether AI will fill empty player slots
■ In lobby chat system for players waiting for a game to start (Mayhem mode only)
■ iPad players can only host and join up to 4 player games

Cubemen Customisation
■ Customise both your units and enemy units
■ Select from 12 different colours
■ Select from 8 new additional textures ( ninja, eyepatch, skeleton etc )
■ Game Level colour strip now matches your Cubemen colour selection

Improved Network Games
■ Network games are now never cancelled when a player disconnects
■ AI bots will take over the dropped player(s) and the game will continue as before
■ Better handling when there is no internet connectivity

■ A lot of optimisation and re-factoring has gone into this update to improve performance and allow for faster updates in the future
■ iPad players should notice improved performance on heavy/large levels.

We apologise to those of you that encountered the random crash bug. It only effected a small few of you, but even one player crashing is one more than we are happy with.

We have worked tirelessly to track down any issues and we hope we have found them all. If you do encounter any more crash issues, please report them directly to us via our cubemetd.com website so we can communicate directly with you. Please do not report bugs via the review system, as we can't contact you and that doesn't help us or you get the problem fixed.

Here is a list of what is new, improved and fixed in the latest version of Cubemen:

- Added new Defense Level - Spikes (Hard)
- Added new Defense game mode - Sudden Death. Start with 1 life and that's all you get.
- Added click/tap ANY unit on the level to see the units details (Name, Weapon & Health)
- Added player unit target choice - Target Closest & Target Furthest
- Added support for 2560x1440 & 2560x1600 resolutions (Desktop version)
- Added more hints
- Moved player units main details to bottom left of interface and added unit cooling/ready state display
- Improved targeting/shooting of Cubemen (especially Mortar and Flamer)
- Improved performance & optimised shaders
- Improved Player Units that fall off the level or too far away from their spots get reset back to the base and re-pathfind back to their wanted destination
- Improved Mike Medic pathfinding
- Improved occasional overshooting of destination when Units walking
- Tweak Ripples level to make it easier
