With the drylin® lead screw unit expert, you can quickly and easily find and configure suitable drylin® lead screw units specifically for your application and also calculate the expected service life.

First, determine the design of the nut, the thread direction and the required thread type. In addition, you can select a specific thread size and lead screw material. Then enter your application requirements such as feed rate, stroke length, dynamic axial force, ambient temperature or if food grade material is required. As a result, you will get an overview of the appropriate lead screw units with price, delivery time and useful information such as dimensions of the nut or the required torque. Based on your input, the expected service life is also calculated in double strokes and issued. As an alternative to this result, for the threaded nut and lead screw you can configure your desired geometry in a desired material and request for them separately from your previous entries. After selecting a lead screw unit listed in the results, next you can call up the threaded nut and lead screw in the igus® 3D CAD or on the igus® website. Moreover, you can generate a parts list as a PDF, and transfer the lead screw unit directly from the app to the igus® shopping cart for ordering.
