User can only view the cases data in offline view of last 30 minutes before going offline.

-Email Option
User can email all the history of particular case by clicking on message box from both web & mobile app. Now we have added option to add client’s email ID at add case details. This way user can send Instinct email to client when user update the next date.

- Search Option
There is five types of search
1. Search by status
2. Search by case title
3. search by judge name
4. Search by type of case
5. Search cases between dates.
We have given search option in both web app and mobile app.

- Notification On Mobile App

- Freedom to user
User can save data from computer or mobile; data will sync automatically as user saves data online. This way user doesn’t need to carry hard diary as he can save/update case data from his smart phone, user can open his diary from anywhere in n number of computers or mobiles at same time

Advocate's munshi/clerk or junior can update the cases from their smart phone.

- Alert For Cases Not Updated
User will get to know the cases not updated on the top in view cases option in web app in Pink colour.

- Separate List For Decided Cases
We have given separate list for decided cases on work board in web app.

- SMS To Client & Instant SMS
Two type of SMS will go from our server with advocate/user name on
1. Instinct SMS when user will update next date
2. Before one day case hearing

We have given this option as per our user feedback. Here user will be able to send Instinct SMS to his client.

- Client Fee Manager
User can enter decided fee at the time of entering the case detail and this option is available on web app/view cases/Fee manager.

By using this user can Generate Invoice Of Pending Fee. by clicking ctrl+P (with User name.)

- Features of Business user Pack

This package is for those users who work on multiple locations or for those who manage case data for multiple offices like banks/company office/Govt office/Jal board/Electricity board/ Law office etc. Here User can create child users up to 5 numbers under one parent user.

- Parent user can mark/locate/assign cases to child user
- Parent user need different mobile numbers and emails to register each child user.
- Parent user can view his active/inactive users
- Parent user can see all the cases of child users separately
user will be able to maintain up to 5 different diaries under one umbrella
- User will get segregated list of each child user
- Child user can see/ view/edit the cases assigned to him only. But parent user can see/edit cases of each child users.
- Parent user can download case list of each child user, but child user can download case list of cases assigned to him only.
