About GRSS Panic App

The Group Risk Security App is used by our existing customers to call us in an emergency or alert GRSS if in any distress. An option exists where the customer can click a button: panic/sos, medical assistance and roadside assistance.

The App can be used to send SOS alerts or communications to GRSS's 24/7 Response Centre. They can immediately send their location at the touch of a button in emergency situations.

Overall functionality includes;

• Call GRSS for assistance
• SOS for emergency response

• Roadside assistance
• Sending location (enabled by the user)
