- Likes & Matches: You can like and match with users when it's not happy hour! Instead of being able to send generic messages like "hey it me, groot", or "whats your favorite color", we'll instead prioritize both of you to match during a Happy Hour, so you two can have a proper face-to-face conversation via video chat. Because that's what Happy Hour is all about.

- Reiterating on Matches: If you match with someone *not* during Happy Hour, you will not be able to message each other, but instead, will be able to video chat during Happy Hour. So, make sure you hop in the Happy Hour as much as you can if you match with someone!
