ברוכים הבאים לשירות iCON – מערכת לניהול הטיפול בילדים עם ADHD, כאן תוכל להוריד למכשירך את אפליקציית iCON4Doctors המיועדת לרופאים מומחים להפרעת קשב.
המערכת הייחודית פותחה במיוחד עבור הורים לילדים עם הפרעת קשב, כדי שיוכלו לנהל את הטיפול בעזרת הרופא המומחה ולהבין את מצב הילד ואת השפעת הטיפול.
אם הנך רופא/ה מומחה לאבחון טיפול בהפרעת קשב ואין בידך קוד כניסה למערכת פנה למייל adhdjanssen@its.jnj.com ותיענה בהקדם.
אם הנך מטופל/ת או הורה לילד/ה עם הפרעת קשב אנא גשי לעמוד בחנות האפליקציות שמאפשר להוריד את אפליקציית iCON להורים. תוכל/י להרשם לאפליקציה רק אם יש ברשותך זימון מהרופא/ה המומחה.
