IPSS testi (AUA) Amerikan Üroloji Birliği tarafından geliştirilmiş bir testtir ve tüm dünyadaki üroloji uzmanlarınca kullanılmaktadır. Test toplam olarak 7 soru içermekte ve her soru 0'dan 5'e kadar puanlanmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalarda bu testin özellikle orta ve ileri derecede tıkanıklıklarda sağlıklı sonuçlar verdiği saptanmıştır.
