About Kubity VR
Kubity VR is the Virtual Reality companion app for Kubity Go. A simple mobile VR solution that goes where you do.
Untether from your desk and explore your SketchUp models and Revit projects on-the-go right from your phone with Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, or our revolutionary glasses-free Magic Window.
All your models are automatically imported from Kubity Go so you can start exploring in VR right away.
To use the app:
- Be sure to already have Kubity Go installed. If not, get it in the App Store
- Scan the QR code of a model with Kubity Go or choose one from your library
- Tap the VR icon to open Kubity VR
- Place your phone inside the Google Cardboard or other compatible device
- Start exploring!

We’ve made some improvements to the interface and performance including:
- Portrait mode for Magic Window VR
- ‘Time of the Day’ slider to adjust the lighting and shadows for the exact look and feel you want
- Clay render to emphasize details of your model and remove visual distractions
- Take a snap of the scene while in VR
- Overall performance improvements and bug fixes

NEW UPDATE! We added ‘Magic Window’ glasses-free VR which allows you to view 360º content without a VR headset. Plus, Gaze & Go ‘teleportation’ makes a return and we’ve improved the user interface including adding new settings like height adjustment for a more realistic VR experience.
