Magic gives you 24/7 access to a team of over 200 well-trained personal assistants, without hiring a full-time assistant, and Magic Todo seamlessly integrates your todo list with the power of personal assistants.
This isn’t just an app. Our trained remote assistants get real work done and are available to start working in seconds. Magic’s assistants can make phone calls, do research, find and hire contractors, plan events, book travel, purchase items for you, and virtually anything else that’s on your to do list.

Magic ToDo is free to download and use as your favorite todo list.
When Magic gets to work, our rate is $0.59 a minute.
We have software to track each minute our assistants spend. We only charge for the time spent actively working on your task. You will only be charged when you accept a work proposal.
HOW MAGIC TODO LIST WORKS
1. Add tasks to the list for free. The list is shared with Magic by default.
2. Magic will read each shared task for free and come up with free tips (such as hour for a restaurant you're trying to call) and a free proposal for what Magic might be able to do to help you with the task.
3. You can accept the proposal, or chat with Magic to modify it, or ignore it. There is no obligation to accept the proposal, and you will never be billed without accepting the proposal.
4. If proposal is accepted, Magic will completely handle the task for you, and keep you updated.
WHAT MAGIC CAN DO
Virtually anything, as long as it’s legal.
Magic can book reservations and appointment, find contractors, manage all aspects of travel, get stuff delivered to you, send emails on your behalf, perform online research, manage outsourced tasks, and much, much more.
