They bake their creations in a Mugnaini wood burning pizza oven, for authentic Old World Italian baking, which can get as hot as 900°. It is kept at a roaring 800° though for the best possible results. Peel’s choice of made from scratch pizza dough and sauces, made fresh every day, and fresh ingredients make their pizza irresistible!
