About The Stream Mapper

The Stream Mapper app allows volunteers in Howard County, Maryland to submit pictures and basic observations about local stream conditions. Stream Mapper reports are shared with the public through Clean Water Howard, an initiative that helps the County to protect and conserve its water resources.
