Touch Points is a versatile tool for the cleaning industry. More specifically, it assists the user to highlight cleaning 'touch points' and generate specific cleaning manuals that are customised and effective in improving the cleaning process.

It features the ability to photograph the location that requires cleaning and indicate which specific areas require cleaning. One of the key features is the ability to choose one of three image filters that will best represent the area being cleaned. The user can indicate the order in which they need to be cleaned, with what tools and add relevant notes to the image itself. One can also use existing pictures from the camera roll with support for wide, panoramic images.

The app produces PDF reports that can be printed, emailed or saved to ibooks. The resulting image can also be saved as a regular image in the camera roll. Folders are created specific to each customer or location, enhancing the ability to use for multiple locations or areas.

The app also has a number of instructional cleaning videos and cleaning literature in PDF format, that can be accessed on-demand. The layout is simple and the app is easy-to-use. There are 7 steps in total and one can pick and choose which step requires input. As it is a mostly visual app, by using it once or twice, the features become crystal clear.
