Track - My Hours provides you to track your working hours. You can start your time tracking when you start your work, stop it when you go out side for a while OR lunch break or for any other reason. And once you back you can start it again.

It will improve your productivity and you can prove the work done by you for this much hours to your employers. You can track time for you as well to find out how much time taken for some specific tasks. Based on that you can decide estimated cost for that kind of work and many more business analysis.
