Trader Rater is an app that lets users anonymously review buyers and sellers from online marketplaces such as Craigslist, Letgo, OfferUp, Online Forums, etc. via phone number! Stay safe, screen before you meet, and then rate the transaction to help other buyers and sellers.

Community marketplaces are excellent tools for finding and reaching potential buyers and sellers. Unfortunately, there is a certain amount of risk associated with them, from tire-kickers and flakes to thieves and criminals. While online buying and selling can be intimidating, we believe that by taking that extra step to screen and review others, safety is a lot more achievable than you think.

We envisioned an application that would allow users to research who they are meeting with before they take the time and risk to do so. A simple visit to our app between finding an item online and meeting the person is all that's needed to increase your chances of a successful transaction.
