About Transably

In today's time, we are surrounded by mobile devices, running on diversified Operating Systems (OSs), with hapless eco-system for exchanging information. A need for an app arose which could bridge devices equipped with heterogeneous OSs to seamlessly share information. Transably is one of the apps which fills this gap.

In this release, Contacts sharing is supported. Devices installed with Transably uses WiFi channel to transmit data. One of the device which wants to share contacts can become a host and the others, which are recipients of information, can join the host as a guest. In this setup, the guest initiates a request to share contacts, the host sees the request which can be either accepted or rejected. Once the request is accepted by the host, the requesting guest receives the contacts. The received information can be either saved or deleted.

The app provides a conducive interactable environment for devices equipped with not only Android but iOS as well. This app, when installed on Android-based and iOS-based devices, is able to share/exchange Contacts. The pairing can happen between two or more Android devices, or two or more iOS devices, or iOS and Android devices.
