MIS facilitates communication at hospitals and pharmacies even if you don’t speak Japanese.

■ Consultation fee
Consultation fees for each doctor are charged at a per-minute rate. *
Payment is determined by total consultation time.
(* Standard rates are 300 yen per minute. Evening rates apply after 5:00 p.m.)


* This service aims to provide medical consultation, which is distinct from "medical consultation" services offered by healthcare providers. If you are in need of or would like to obtain prescriptions or medical examination, we recommend you to visit a hospital/clinic.
