Vaseco PPC by Vaseco Ltd. contains a set of calculations that are associated with Pipeline Pre-Commissioning (PPC), the goal of the app is to enable rapid evaluation of the flow rates and pressures required to fill a pipeline, pressurise it to a test pressure and then displace the fluid from the pipeline in preparation for drying. The app uses engineering calculations and some accepted industry `rules of thumb´ to generate the following output data:-

Flooding flow rate
Chemical injection flow rates
Pressurization flow rates
Air compression flow and pressure requirements
Nitrogen requirements for packing the pipeline
Estimated schedule requirements for pre-commissioning activities

Once the required data has been input a report is generated and a PDF copy can be sent via email and kept as a permanent copy.
