Railway tickets online - an application that helps to buy a Russian Railways ticket to all destinations in Russia and to visit our nearest neighbors - long-distance trains. Purchased items for departure must be printed out and then exchanged at the ticket office or terminal for your travel document. If, as a result of a search, the “ER” sign lights up opposite the train, then a printout with a bar code or an electronic ticket on the screen of your mobile device will be enough to board the car.
Electronic tickets are issued no later than 1 hour before the departure of the train from the passenger's boarding station.
When filling out the ticket purchase form, be careful! The user placing the order is solely responsible for the correctness of the details of the trip and the personal data of each passenger.
Almost all discounts and special rates apply to electronic tickets. You can issue a ticket for full and children's fares, as well as obtain a cash-free ticket for children who do not occupy a separate seat.
Remember that you have only 15 minutes to make a decision on payment of the order and enter payment details. If during this time you have not made a decision, the order is canceled and you will have to place the order again to purchase a ticket.
Service fee is up to 15% of the cost. It includes the cost of payment intermediary services and the costs of supporting and developing the service. For children's travel tickets “without a seat”, a service fee is not charged.
Travel tickets are issued without registration. Refunds can be made through your personal account, a link to it will come along with a ticket to e-mail. The application only sells, no reservation. Replacing a ticket with another date or place is possible only by returning the wrong one and buying a new ticket
A regular bank card will help you pay. The best location in the cars can be chosen online through your mobile device, download the application.
