Приложение "Мой Дом Онлайн (МДО) - Сотрудник" позволяет:
1)Создавать и редактировать заявки прямо из мобильного приложения
2)Получать уведомления о новых заявках, в момент их назначения
3)Просматривать список своих заявок
4)Просматривать детали заявки
5)Обновить Статус заявки:
- "Взять в работу", если заявка не вызывает вопросов
- "Отложить" с указанием причины
- "Выполнить" и приложить подтверждающее фото

Все обновления статусов и фото-материалы попадают и хранятся в Диспетчерской "Мой Дом Онлайн" (МДО), где Диспетчер или руководитель могут эффективно управлять заявками, а также просматривать историю и материалы по каждой отдельной заявке.
