רשת אלוף ספורט החלה את צעדיה הראשונים בשנת 1983, בחנות קטנה בעיר העתיקה בבאר שבע.
מאז התרחבה הרשת ונפתחו סניפים נוספים באזור הדרום הכוללים את הערים: שדרות, דימונה, נתיבות וערד וכן, מספר סניפים בעיר באר שבע. לרשת קיימת חנות אופניים מקצועית ובנוסף, מתחם Outlet הגדול בדרום.
כיום מונה הרשת 11 סניפים והפכה לשם דבר בעולם הספורט והאופנה בדרום הארץ.
