時は戦国時代末期、天下の大泥棒を目指す元・伊賀忍者「五右衛門」の物語・・・

---ストーリー---
元・伊賀忍者の五右衛門とその相棒、ネズミのチュ太郎は、ある日、ある女を助けて、赤い宝玉をもらう。
幸運をもたらすと言われるこの宝玉を、五右衛門たちは大阪で売ろうと考えるが、宝玉を追う者たちが次々と現れ・・・その宝玉を盗み会いをするうちに、五右衛門一行はある陰謀に巻き込まれていく・・・

永遠の宝玉とは一体何か？
裏で陰謀を企む黒幕とは？
そして、五右衛門が本当に盗み返さないとならないモノとは？

五右衛門他、有名な泥棒をモチーフにしたキャラクターたちが参戦！戦国泥棒RPGここに参上！！
