About 子午觉

引:《素问·玉机真脏论》曾提到“人卧则精气归,收拒于内,卧则血归于肝。”自古以来很多中医名家都在强调睡眠对于恢复精气和平衡体内气血的重要性,同时对中医助眠有丰富的实践经验。
引:中医古籍《黄帝内经》中曰:“阳气尽则卧,阴气尽则寤。”说明睡眠与醒寤是阴阳交替的结果,传统医学认为,子时和午时都是阴阳交替之时,也是人体经气“合阴”与“合阳”的时候,睡好子午觉,有利于人体养阴、养阳。
