東華三院「圓滿人生服務」獲滙豐香港社區夥伴計劃支持，舉辦「青耆遊YO Walker」項目。透過香港專業教育學院(沙田)社區服務策劃及領航高級文憑的學生義工走訪沙田區內的景點，與青少年及長者街坊交流，收集及整理沙田區內社區資源、抗疫資訊、歷史文化三方面訊息，結合到「青耆遊YO Walker」流動應用程式裡，為公眾人士提供遊覽路線及資訊導向。即使出境旅遊仍遙遙無期，三兩知己跟著程式來一趟本地文化遊，也是舒緩身心的好方法！
