Aqarat Abu Dhabi App aims to become a unique platform used by residents and guest of Abu Dhabi to list and find properties in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Also providing s suitable way to present indicators about the real estates, such as rental index, property index, rental calculator…etc.


App features:
1. Registering new users and system login
2. Maintain user profiles: different types of user profiles (owners, brokers and public users)
3. Maintain properties: Add\Edit property listings
4. Search for and display property listings: Allow property seekers to search for and find properties in Abu Dhabi that fit their needs.
5. Display system indicators: Display various property, rental indexes and transaction indicators on both mobile and web applications.
6. Notifications: Send notifications to users based on predefined criteria (e.g. new property listings and new property requests)
7. Integrate with maps and provide mapping functions
8. Display property agents and enable reviewing and rating them
9. Location based services functionality like displaying nearby properties
