About 健康寶 iHealth Screen

「健康寶」由「賽馬會流金頌護老有e道」研發，是一個免費的自我健康篩檢測試應用程式，以11個常見長者關注的健康課題，配上互動及簡便易明的介面，讓長者、照顧者及專業人員可以隨時隨地透過流動裝置，為長者進行自我健康篩檢測試。測試後程式會自動提供篩檢報告。

根據測試結果，「健康寶」會提供對應的「賽馬會流金頌護老有e道」培訓教材及其他相關社區資訊，讓你學習最新的護老知識和照顧技巧，從而為長者的日常護理提供支援。

測試無需註冊，亦不會收集任何個人資料。測試結果只供參考，如有任何疑問，請諮詢家庭醫生或其他專業人士。
