Binaural Beats and Solfeggio Frequencies to help you study, meditate & sleep. Brainwaves, namely delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma, correlate to the different states of the human brain. Some studies show that these “states” can be achieved by using auditory stimuli i.e using sound frequencies corresponding to the brainwaves with a binaural beats generator. The binaural beats generator works by sending two tones to the ears (carrier frequencies), the difference between the two being the desired brainwave.

Solfeggio Frequencies are a set of tones discovered by a Benedictine Monk named Guido D’Arezzo. These are regarded as “sacred” and known to help in spiritual awakening. We have created music tracks corresponding to different Solfeggio frequencies.

The app has an option to log mindful minutes to Apple Health.
