El subsistema de ingresos y gastos permite llevar el registro y analizar la circulación de fondos monetarios, generar una gran cantidad de informes y diagramas, responder a preguntas tales como "¿Cuál es el promedio de gastos mensuales en...?", "¿Cuál es el importe de ingresos o gastos para el periodo?", "¿Cuál es ahora el saldo de fondos? ", " ¿Cuánto se ha gastado en un grupo de diversos gastos? ", " ¿Cuáles son los gastos o ingresos más considerables?", "¿Qué ingresos y gastos se realizaron con tarjeta de crédito, y cuáles con dinero en efectivo?", y mucho más.
Los presupuestos controlan sus gastos: siempre verá el plan, el estado actual y el porcentaje de cumplimiento del presupuesto. Puede realizar un presupuesto de ingresos y gastos para intervalos distintos: un día, una semana, un mes o un año. También puede controlar su presupuesto para una cartera concreta o para todas las carteras. El programa le avisará si se pasa de su presupuesto.
El subsistema de planificación permite introducir los ingresos y gastos previstos para cualquier fecha y en base a estos datos, ver el saldo de fondos en cualquiera de las fechas. Además, el subsistema de planificación permite predecir automáticamente las variaciones del saldo de fondos en base a los períodos anteriores. Las variaciones del saldo pueden ser analizados tanto en una tabla como en un diagrama. En base a los datos de planificación se pueden calcular automáticamente los ingresos y gastos.
El subsistema de préstamos permite seguir y controlar el arreglo mutuo de cuentas de los préstamos recibidos y concedidos. Si se introduce una fecha planificada de devolución, el sistema llevará el control por la fecha de devolución del préstamo, mostrará los préstamos atrasados y la cantidad de días del retraso de pago. Del informe de préstamos concedidos y recibidos se puede llamar directamente o enviar un mensaje sms al prestatario. También es posible tener en cuenta los importes recibidos de los intereses del préstamo.
El subsistema de cálculo de moneda extranjera incluye las siguientes características: contabilidad en cualquier moneda, carga automática de tipos de cambio y posibilidad de introducción manual de tipos de cambio, realizar operaciones de conversión al pasar de una moneda a otra, ver la dinámica de los tipos de cambio tanto en la tabla como en el diagrama, así como comparar los tipos de cambio de diferentes monedas en el diagrama.

1. Added the quick selection of period in all reports and documents list. Now just for a few touch can set the selection of period (you can choose a month, a week, a day, a year or any other period)
2. Improved the program navigation on statistic and into the list of documents form (when touching on the extra menu)

1. Improved the budget subsystem. The new interface in the form of a budget list added fullness budget indicator. The reports added Balance column, it shows the rest of the unused budget.
