About Dr. Khader vali's Millet Diet

The MilletPlanet envisions a society where living and livelihoods are sustainable through an ecosystem built on millets. The website is inspired by Dr. Khader Vali's vision to create a healthy planet adopting, embracing and implementing a robust ecosystem including but not limited to Kadu Krushi/Jungle Farming, sustainable/Organic Farming, bring millets on every table and every farm.

MilletPlanet believes that the mission can be accomplished by meeting the following objectives:

Design and develop tools and machines to assist farmers in producing good quality millets

Offer training and opportunities for skill development

Provide marketing support and promote millets to strengthen supply chain

As a function of meeting the objectives, MilletPlanet intends to serve various players in the millet value chain in multiple ways such as providing cost-effective resource support, bridging the knowledge gap on millet processing, and evangelizing best practices among different producer groups.

We are proud to be associated with The Millet Foundation (TMF) and thank them for the excellent progress made so far and allowing us to be part of the ecosystem.
