Drinks Meter was developed by Dr. Adam R. Winstock MBBS, BSc, MSc, MD, MRCP, MRCPsych, FAChAM — a Consultant Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist from the UK and Australia.

Join over 45,000 others who have used this app. Developed by Dr Adam Winstock, a psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist and backed by the world’s biggest drug and alcohol survey (Global Drug Survey), the Drinks Meter was recently rated as the best drinking app in the world (highest praise and least criticism). Adapting automatically to your country’s standard drinks (units) and providing feedback in drinks, calories, food equivalents and cash spent the Drinks Meter also adjusts for individual risk factors like past medical history and body weight. Also included is the World Health Organisation’s AUDIT screening tool for harmful and dependent drinking. Finally we’ll show you how removing a few unnecessary drinks can make a huge difference to your health, waist and wallet.
