About Health Factor Weight Loss

The Health Factor Weight Loss app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Health Factor Weight Loss. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Health Factor Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with Health Factor Weight Loss. Communicate with Health Factor Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Health Factor Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Health Factor Weight Loss patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Health Factor Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
