About Keelo Lift

KEELO LIFT detects, tracks, and draws the barbell path in real-time. Zero lag!

Instantly see the barbell path. It’s also color-coded to visually indicate the speed of the bar.

Also, if you choose, Keelo Lift auto-detects reps and saves them into separate videos.

How does it work? Keelo Lift uses your iPhone’s camera (with our computer vision algorithm) to view your lifts at 60 frames per second.

Keelo Lift can help see:
• Is the bar moving too far away from the body?
• Are you bringing the bar to your hips?
• Are you pulling the bar too quickly from the ground?
• Are you leaning too forward on the squat?
