About KareHealth

The KareHealth app is a targeted Wellness app for the users of the Cooey Health platform which allows users to manage their well-being and communicate with their care team members. Access to the app is restricted through user credentials and users can only be onboarded through Cooey Health’s system thus restricting public access.

This app is provided through healthcare providers who are interested in engaging with their users remotely for their wellbeing. The app provides a daily task routine- “Today’s Tasks”- and is customized for each user. Based on the tasks listed in the taskbar, the user is expected to complete those tasks for the day. The healthcare provider monitors these tasks and the data collected from these tasks to determine the course of engagement with the user.

Please note that this application CANNOT be used by any user who downloads from the App store. Only users approved by the healthcare providers and caretakers can login and use the provided functionalities. Login is activated only when the user is provisioned on the Cooey Health platforms. As part of provisioning & onboarding, users are educated on the features of the application and how it overall helps with their health care supervised by their caretaker team.


Features available in the application:

i. Video Call / Voice Call / Text Chat: These options help patients/care team members connect with each other when needed through various communication channels that our app provides

ii. FDA approved BLE devices to estimate physiological vital parameters: These technologies are purely aggregated from our app store approved partners with no additional changes done by Cooey Health. The data from these partner applications (available through SDKs) are used as a reference during user engagement and not intended to be used for clinical purposes.

iii. Timeline: Using this feature, users will be able to view the history of tasks completed/not completed.

iv. Alerts / Reminders: This feature helps patients and care team members to receive alerts for any out-of-range scenarios in physiological vital parameter measurements.

v. PHQ-9 (patient health questionnaire-9) form: This form is filled by users or care team members or clinicians. This form objectifies the degree of depression severity. The data is not shown to the user instead, it is presented to the clinician/care team member upon completion of the form.

vi. GAD-7(general anxiety disorder-7) form: This form is filled by users or care team members or clinicians. This form measures the severity of anxiety. The data is not shown to the user instead, it is presented to the clinician/care team member upon completion of the form.
