About MyHospitalHub PRO
MyHospitalhub PRO is Takeda's solution for remote patient's monitoring.
The goal is to allow the patient to actively participate in their own care processes, delivered in a personalized way by specialist teams.
Thanks to MyHospitalHub PRO it will no longer be necessary for most patients suffering from chronic diseases to access hospital to carry out periodic checks. We will therefore promote the circulation of data rather than people.
In addition, medical specialists will be able to customize the frequency, duration and methods of visits by transforming the current chronic follow-up activity into multi-channel medicine.
