MyPrevea App
Take control of your medical information and access valuable health information when and where you need it with the free MyPrevea App from Prevea Health.
From the main screen of the MyPrevea App, Prevea patients can obtain up-to-date and useful information about Prevea Health. You can search for:
• Wait times at all Prevea Urgent Care locations
• Prevea doctors and other providers
• Prevea Health Center locations
In addition, you can quickly access your MyPrevea account off of the main screen to:
• View any of your confidential health information including lab and test results, as soon as they’re available
• Access a list of your medications and immunization records
• Stay in touch with your doctor and other providers
• Request and track prescription refills
• Request and/or manage your Prevea appointments
• View and pay your bill
• Access health information for your spouse, children or elderly relative (with proper consent)
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
To access all these benefits, you must first create a MyPrevea account. You can do so at https://myprevea.com.

At Prevea we want to make managing your health easy, putting you in charge. MyPrevea has a whole new look, but has all of the same great features you’ve come to rely on.
In our latest update, we have made things like messaging your doctor, refilling a prescription and paying a bill easier than ever. New to Prevea? Find a doctor and learn about their care philosophy by reading their bio or watching a video.
MyPrevea offers the ability to reserve your spot at the nearest urgent care, download your COVID-19 vaccination status and view test results. Have a video visit? Access your video appointment through MyPrevea. If you’re not sure if you need to be seen in the clinic, you can easily start a Virtual Care visit to be seen now.
In our latest update, we have made things like messaging your doctor, refilling a prescription and paying a bill easier than ever. New to Prevea? Find a doctor and learn about their care philosophy by reading their bio or watching a video.
